Alice in Wonderland
The design of Alice was based on the original illustrations by Lewis Carroll and the sculpture captures the moment when Alice has eaten the cake to grow larger. This piece was carved from the largest Oak tree that Simon has ever worked with weighing approximately 9 tonnes! Half was used to create Alice and the other half was used to create The Mad Hatter.
